Palo Duro Signals (“PDS”, “we”, “us”) delivers weekly business intelligence reports via email. Reports aggregate publicly available data — including government filings, permits, public records, and news — filtered and organized for your industry and market.
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You can update your payment method or view invoices through the Stripe customer portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at info@palodurosignals.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or partial annual terms.
PDS aggregates data from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in our reports. Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. You are responsible for verifying any data before acting on it.
You may use PDS reports for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish report content without written permission. You may share excerpts with colleagues within your organization.
Report content, formatting, and analysis methodology are the property of Palo Duro Signals LLC. Underlying public data remains in the public domain. Our proprietary value is in the aggregation, filtering, and analysis — not the raw data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palo Duro Signals LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Potter County, Texas.
